Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- By booking, the guest agrees they have read all the details about the property and agree to terms and conditions.
- Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code, including the communal door code that will work for the Lobby, Elevator, Gym, and Pool. Latch app is required for use during your stay.
- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- Guests must provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay within 48 hours of booking, including name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
Property Access
- This unit is located on the 5th floor of the building; elevator is available onsite.
- Latch App is required for entry and amenity access.
Parking Information
- This unit has a reserved parking space (parking space 46).
- Additional spaces in the covered parking garage or street parking are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Policies and Rules
- Minimum age to book: 21 years.
- Maximum guests: 8.
- Children allowed.
- No smoking allowed.
- No events or parties allowed.
- No pets allowed.
- GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents (within two hours of the rented property) to book homes.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- Additional amenities or starter items cannot be provided upon request beyond what is supplied at check-in.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable for risk, danger, injury, or damages.
Fees and Payments

- Pack & Play and Highchair: Please inquire to arrange for baby equipment rental. This is an add-on and not included in your reservation.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Pool is open seasonally, typically between early spring and end of October, from 10 AM to 10 PM at the discretion of the HOA.
- The pool will be open on March 1st, 2025 (for the 2025 season).
- Latch App is required for access to the unit, lobby, elevator, gym, and pool.
- Provided kitchen amenities include: 2 dishwashing tablets, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, 4 coffee filters.
- Each full bathroom includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, makeup wipe, 1 trash can liner.
- Two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom provided. No additional items can be requested.
Luggage Holding Service
- Complimentary luggage holding service is subject to availability.
- Available from Thursday to Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs. will not be accepted.

- Hyve is a secure building with professional on-site security.
- Listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for injury or damages.
Noise and Neighborhood Notes
- This building is adjacent to railroad tracks; some units may experience noise from passing trains. This unit is located in the front of the building; train noise may be heard from the balcony or pool.
- The location is in downtown Nashville. Guests may encounter typical city sounds such as music, traffic, sirens, tourists, and construction, and may see individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter.
